Where I've Been
In one word: Crazytown.
Actually, I've been insanely busy with many activities ranging from buying Christmas gifts to spending this weekend in Las Vegas.
I got all of my gifts wrapped, packaged and mailed by the 12th. (Had all my Christmas cards mailed by the 11th!) A HUGE change from last year, which found me not celebrating Christmas at all. This year I made sure to be done early to make time for some fun traveling.
First there was Las Vegas. Spent Thursday evening through Sunday there. It was a girl's trip in celebration of Jenny's 22nd. I remember back in the day when I was 22 and in Vegas. Looooooong ago. ;-) We drank, we ate, we danced, we laughed, and experienced the ever-pleasant travel constipation.
Next I head to Texas to spend Christmas with Mom and Dad. I'm psyched....we're going to see the Nutcracker! I haven't gone to see that in years, so I'm very much looking forward to it. We also get to catch up on the latest DVD releases and hanging out. Yippee.
Then I head to Mexico. I'm pretty sure it will not suck at all. :-) I can't wait for the beach and warm weather.
Mostly, it means I'm approaching two weeks off from work, which is so what I need right about now!
